Unai Emery looking to make a move for Mason Mount: Reports
“Aston Villa manager Unai Emery prefers a move for Mason Mount to his team in order to add more technicality to the squad of Villa,” informed a source, as reported by The Peoples Person. If the Man United player manages to keep himself in shape and available for the season, he could be a potential target for Aston Villa, who are looking to add more depth to their squad.
Manchester United are reportedly open to offers for Mason Mount as they have other targets such as Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford. After just being able to make 47 appearances since joining the Red Devils, United are concerned about the availability of Mount as they are looking to sell many players in the ongoing transfer window in order to manage the expenses for their potential targets.
Mount, who played a massive role in Chelsea winning the Champions League in 2021, is still unsure of what the future holds for him. However, he is focused on maintaining his shape and getting back to his best form before the start of the new season.
