Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Mumbai Indians (MI) have worked on their jersey for the new season of the tournament and have come up with a new design. The pictures of MI’s new jersey for IPL 2023 have leaked online. The new jersey has a few tweaks from its predecessor. The sides now have more golden lining while a group of lines has also replaced the broad strips on the shoulders.

Notably, Mumbai Indians are all geared up for the brand-new season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) which kicks off on 31 March with a match between Chennai Super Kings and defending champions Gujarat Titans. Meanwhile, Mumbai play their first game against Royal Challengers Bangalore on 2 April. The five-time champions face their arch-rivals, Chennai Super Kings on 8 April at the Wankhede Stadium.
But before the IPL, Mumbai Indians will also see their women’s team taking its guard in the inaugural edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL). The franchise has not yet revealed its captain for WPL 2023 but in all likelihood, it will be Harmanpreet Kaur who will be leading the team. MI will kick off their campaign against Gujarat Giants on 4 March.
