Bangladesh all-rounder Mehidy Hasan continued his incredible run of form against India after scoring a magical 83-ball 100 not out. Hasan came into bat when the Bangla Tigers were struggling at the score of 69-6 and stitched up a crucial partnership with Mahmudullah to rescue the team.
After setting up a solid foundation, Hasan took an aggressive approach and smashed the Indian batters across the Shere Bangla Stadium. The 24-year-old had eight fours and four sixes in his knock as he batted with a strike rate of 120.48. This century also comes after a similar performance in the first ODI, where he carried the Bangla Tigers over the finish line after being nine wickets down.
After his century, Hasan received a lot of praise from cricket fans around the world. Users on social media, have showered praise for his grit and never say die attitude against a top side like India.
