Named the Air Jordan 2 Low “Cherry Blossom,” the sneaker is an embodiment to the fleeting beauty of the cherry blossoms, and the Japanese culture as a whole.
The Air Jordan 2 Low “Cherry Blossom” is made up of the white leather base, joined by a special semi-translucent gradient at the heel, turning white to pink in reaching the outsole toe. The soft pink gradient takes its inspiration from the natural hues of the cherry blossoms, a key element in ensuring the uniqueness of this sneaker.
There is a pop of neon green on the Air Jordan logo, placed at the tongue of the sneaker. Meanwhile, the thematic design of the packaging for the sneaker is adorned with the Mount Fuji illustrations and the “Cherry Blossom” insignia, adding to the unboxing experience.
