World No. 1 Novak Djokovic produced a brilliant comeback in the finals of French Open 2021 on Sunday to win his 19th Grand Slam title. After going down in the first two sets, it seemed like the Serbian would go down in straight sets. However, the Serbian tennis star fought back valiantly and went on to complete one of the best-ever turnarounds in the history of Roland Garros.

Tsitsipas stunned Djokovic by winning first two sets

The World No. 5 started the match on a high as he went on to win the first set tie-break to take an early lead. Tsitsipas played mesmerizing tennis in the next set and comprehensively won the set 6-2. The Greek sensation was on course of winning his maiden Grand Slam title on Sunday but this is when Djokovic did the unthinkable to turn the match in his favour.

Djokovic wins the last 3 sets to win the title

The World No. 1 showed his class and went on to win the last three sets 6-3, 6-2 and 6-4 to seal his second-ever French Open title and his 19th Grand Slam overall, with just one title away from Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer's tally of 20 Grand Slam championships.
