The 7th edition of the Pakistan Super League is set to be played from January 27 to February 27 in Karachi and Lahore. The defending champions Multan Sultans will lock horns with Karachi Kings in the opening encounter of the season. As many as 6 double-headers will be played throughout the course of the season. Here is everything you need to know about PSL 2022:

Where will Pakistan Super League 2022 be played?

During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the tournament was eventually shifted to UAE last year. However, much to everyone's delight, it has been confirmed that PSL 2022 will be fully played in Pakistan (in Karachi and Lahore).

What is the complete schedule of PSL 2022?

The entire season has been divided into two parts with the first half set to be played at National Stadium in Karachi. Notably, the second leg will take place at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The fixtures are as follows:

At what time are the matches scheduled to kick-off?

The double-headers of PSL 2022 slated to take place on Friday will begin at IST 3:30 PM and IST 8:30 PM respectively. Meanwhile, the other double-headers are scheduled to begin at IST 2:30 PM and IST 7:30 PM respectively. Notably, all the single-header matches will be evening games, beginning at IST 7:30 PM onwards.

When did the PSL 2022 draft happen?

The PSL 2022 draft was held at the High-Performance Centre in Lahore on December 12, with all the sides adding a few big names to their squad. However, with few players pulling out of the tournament, a further replacement & supplementary draft was conducted on January 8 where a few more signings were made.
