A Pakistani actress named Sehar Shinwari made a unique and bold promise to fans ahead of India’s ODI World Cup 2023 clash with Bangladesh on October 19, Thursday. The Men in Blue are coming on the back of a notable win against their arch-rivals and neighbouring nation Pakistan.
The match took place on October 14, Saturday, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, where Rohit Sharma and his men recorded a seven-wicket win to extend their tally to 8-0 over Men in Green in World Cup.

Now that the 2023 World Cup hosts are gearing up for their next clash against the Bengal Tigers, the actress has made a unique promise to her fans. The actress has put all her hopes on the Shakib Al Hasan-led squad to avenge Pakistan’s defeat in their last game.
Shinwari took to social media to make a unique promise ahead of the cricket encounter and assured that she will go on a date with a Bangladeshi cricketer if they defeat Men in Blue on Thursday. The post read, "InshAllah my Bangali Bandu will avenge us in the next match. I will go to Dhaka and have a fish dinner date with a Bangali boy if their team manages to beat India."
Needless to say, the post and actress went viral on social media in no time and stirred up excitement among fans. It is to be noted that Bangladesh locked horns with the 2019 finalists, New Zealand, and got beaten by a margin of eight wickets. As India sits on top of the table with three out of three wins, Bangladesh sit on seventh spot with one win and two defeats.
