India’s own Kabaddi League, also known as the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), is all set to begin the proceedings of its ninth season from Friday, October 7. In the last edition, Dabang Delhi defeated three-time champions Patna Pirates to lift their maiden title.

Defending champions Dabang Delhi will begin the PKL 2022 season against U Mumba on October 7 at Shree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium in Bengaluru.

The league returned after one-year hiatus due to COVID-19 but was held under closed doors in Bengaluru.  However, it seems that the league will be able to host fans at stadiums as most of the tournaments across the country are now seeing crowd back at match venues.
