Australia and South Africa recently took on each other in the second Test of a three-match series which the hosts (Australia) won by an inning and 182 runs. David Warner, who was playing his 100th Test, starred for Australia as the star batter scored a double century. Other top contributors from Australia included Alex Carey (111), Travis Head (51), Cameron Green (51 runs and 5 wickets), Steve Smith (85), and Nathan Lyon (25 runs and 4 wickets).
Meanwhile, for South Africa, Temba Bavuma (65), Marco Jansen (59 runs and 1 wicket), and Kyle Verryenne (52) tried to fight to an extent. During this, a picture from the match has gone viral on social media. Marco Jansen and Temba Bavuma who batted together for a while in the match were captured in a frame together. As the two players share a major height difference, it appeared a bit funny. Cricket Australia also shared the picture on a lighter note with the caption “Test cricket is for all shapes and sizes”.
Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Rajasthan Royals also joined the bandwagon as they reshared the picture but with another interesting caption. As RR got hold of West Indies all-rounder Jason Holder in the IPL 2023 Auction and Yuzvendra Chahal is already a part of the squad, RR admin wrote that the pair will look exactly the same while batting for the team in IPL 2023.

Coming to RR's performance at IPL 2023 Auction, the team did extremely well to get hold of some premier players. RR plugged their holes from last year. While they roped in Holder for INR 5.75 Cr, RR got hold of Adam Zampa and Joe Root at their respective base prices of INR 1.5 Cr and INR 1 Cr.
