According to a leaked video call, Indian keeper-batter Rishabh Pant is said to be ruled out of cricketing action for one year due to a serious leg injury. Notably, Pant's car crashed into a divider on the Delhi-Dehradun highway on Friday morning.

Although Pant was out of the ICU on Monday, the extent of the injuries on his toe and ankle are unclear, as he still has to undergo MRI scans. The star cricketer is yet to walk on his feet and is shifted to a private suite in Max Hospital.

A leaked video call featuring former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina having an interaction with doctors is going viral, wherein he is asking them about the present health of Pant. The doctor can be seen explaining the situation to Raina, and a person from behind can be heard saying, “Ek Saal ke liye gaya hai” (He is gone for one year).

With this development, Pant will miss the crucial home series against Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and Australia. Afterward, the 25-year-old will not be a part of the Indian Premier League and World Cup 2023 as well.
