It's nearly time for the legends to take on the field once again. Yes, the Road Safety World Series is all set to get underway this year after the Indian Premier League.

Sources close to SportsTiger on Friday confirmed that the Road Safety World Series featuring cricket legends is all set to kick start from June 4, 2022. They also confirmed that the final of the RSWS will take place on July 3.

The Road Safety World Series is a highly anticipated series with the legends of the game taking the field. The inaugural edition of the RSWS saw India Legends lift the trophy. The Sachin Tendulkar-led side defeated Tillakaratne Dilshan-led Sri Lanka Legends. The India Legends remained unbeaten during the course of the tournament, barring only one defeat against England Legends.

RSWS 2022 to take place across 4 venues

In the latest update, it has also been confirmed that the Road Safety World Series 2022 will be hosted across four venues. Although, three of the four venues have been confirmed - Lucknow, Indore and Jodhpur to name it. However, talks are on for the fourth venue.

Also, Sachin Tendulkar's participation in the RSWS 2022 has been confirmed. But, confirmation on his availability as a player is yet in talks. The legend is currently with the Mumbai Indians squad for the Indian Premier League 2022.
