Day one at Windsor Park in Dominica was completely dominated by the visitors, as Rohit Sharma's side ended West Indies’ innings at 150. While the play didn’t create a lot of buzz, debutant Ishan Kishan’s on-field banters surely lit up the overall experience for Indian fans. The video of his on-field antics has gone viral on social media, where he could be heard instructing Virat Kohli and Yashasvi Jaiswal to alter their positions.
As Kishan’s voice got recorded on the stump mics, the Jharkhand-born wicketkeeper-batter could be heard asking Shubman Gill to come back to his previous position, or else he would get scolded by the skipper Rohit Sharma.
In addition to this, he could be heard asking Virat Kohli and his fellow debutant, Jaiswal to shift from their current positions. Instructing the players for the same, the 24-year-old cricketer could be heard saying, “Virat bhai, thoda sa seedha bas; Yash, thoda sa idhar aa.” Apart from it, the wicketkeeper was also shown his excitement when Ravichandran Ashwin turned a delivery big.
