Royal Challenges Bangalore player Daniel Christian recently featured in a show wherein he could be seen joking alongside Kyle Jamieson about how he refused bowling to Virat Kohli in nets. The video has been apparently taken down from the show’s YouTube channel in a while after it was uploaded.
Dan Christian had made a strong remark that 'cagey' Virat Kohli only attends half of the team meetings that are away from the field. These comments were circulated on online media and also got published in the print media. Soon after that, RCB issued a reminder regarding the team’s media protocol and code of conduct to all their players.
Christian personally requests to remove the video
Reacting to the video being taken down, the show host informed that Christian had personally requested him to take the video down, after he received a warning from the franchise for breaching their code of conduct. He added that the video had already gone viral and was watched by many people, but they chose to take it down for Christian’s respect and his contract.
The show host concluded that the video is now banned and is something that RCB do not want to be seen by the viewers.
