Former Pakistan speedster Shoaib Akhtar once again grabbed limelight for his anger after he slammed Australian all-rounder Marcus Stoinis who accused Pakistan pacer Hasnain of chucking during the Southern Brave's seven-wicket loss to the Oval Invincible in the ongoing 'The Hundred' tournament. Akhtar claimed Stoinis' gesture as 'shameful' and claimed that its obvious ICC will remain quite about it.

Earlier, Australian batter Marcus Stoinis, playing for the Southern Brave, was dismissed by Hasnain after edging into the hands of Will Jacks. While making his way to the pavilion, Stoinis was spotted imitating Hasnain's action to be a chucking one. Stoinis' act didn't go unnoticed by cricket fans as they were quick to slam the Australian batter for this, but the most critical opinion came from Shoaib Akhtar.

"Shameful gesture by @MStoinis regarding bowling action of @MHasnainPak during #TheHundred2022 . How dare you do such things?? Of-course @ICC stays quiet about them. No player should be allowed to do such things if someone's been cleared already," read the tweet.

Twitter users also did not remain silent seeing this gesture by Marcus Stoinis. While some questioned the sportsmen spirit of the Australian cricketer, others slammed him for his behaviour.

Check out some of the reactions here:

Earlier this year, Hasnain was found guilty of having an illegal bowling action due to which he was suspended from bowling after umpire Gerard Abood in a Big Bash League reported his action. The Lahore University of Management Sciences confirmed that Hasnain's action breached the ICC's 15-degree limit for elbow extension after Hasnain underwent biomechanics tests in January.

The bowler has since then been declared fit to bowl again after undergoing remedial work. Speaking of Hasnain's international career, he has played eight ODIs and 18 T20Is after making his debut for Pakistan in 2019.
