However, rain interrupted play in the 14th over with GT at 107/2, leading to a delay. Upon resumption, Jasprit Bumrah and Trent Boult took quick wickets, reducing GT to 123/5. Further rain led to one over being cut, with GT requiring 15 runs in the last over. Late drama saw GT get a last-ball 3-wicket victory.
