3. Roger Federer vs Andy Roddick (2009 Wimbledon Finals)
Roger Federer once again reached Wimbledon finals for the seventh time (2003-2009) and this time he got Andy Roddick to face as his opponent in the final game of Wimbledon 2009.
Roger Federer lost the first set by a 5-7 margin but went on to win the next two sets of the game. Both the second set and third set saw intense competition happen between them and Federer came out victorious in a tie-breaker situation by 7(8)-6(6) and 7(7)-6(5) respectively. The fourth set was completely dominated by Andy Roddick by a 6-3 margin, thus the game went to the fifth and final set to decide the winner of this Wimbledon event.
The fifth set of the game saw a very tight contest between these two players and finally, Federer came out victorious in a tough battle with a scoreline of 16-14 against Andy Roddick to win his sixth Wimbledon title.
