Famous WWE event, Money in the Bank returned with its 14th edition at the O2 Arena in London, England on July 1, Saturday. The professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event advertised two Money in the Bank matches, three championship matches, and a Bloodline Civil War, where Roman Reigns suffered his first pinfall defeat since 2019. The event saw Gunther defending his WWE Intercontinental Championship reign against Riddle.

Not only this, but Seth Rollins defeated Finn Balor to defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship. The 2023 edition of the event was the first Money in the Bank to be held outside of the United States as well as WWE’s first major event to be held in London since Insurrection in May 2002.

The event made it to headlines for more than one reason, and the biggest of them all was football fans’ ‘hate’ towards Tottenham. A video has been going viral from Saturday’s event where some football fans started chanting against Tottenham, with the “Stand up if you hate Tottenham”.

The rivalry between Arsenal and Tottenham is considered one of the fiercest rivalries in the world. The clubs contest in what is known as the North London Derby (NLD), and their home stadiums are located near to each other in North London. The rivalry between both clubs began in 1913 when Arsenal shifted their home to Highbury, which is very close to Spurs’ home.

The famous “Stand up if you hate Tottenham” chant is associated with the rivalries between both clubs. The rivalry between them intensified over the years and Arsenal have had the upper hand in the rivalry with 85 victories to Spurs’ 67 victories.
