India and Pakistan are putting on a great contest in their match at the Asia Cup 2022. While India did a great job to bundle Pakistan for only 147 after opting to bowl first, the Babar Azam-led team also made a great start with the ball. Debutant Naseem Shah rattled KL Rahul’s stumps on the second delivery of his very first over to give his team an early breakthrough.
It was an action replay for KL Rahul who had lost the wicket at the 2021 T20 World Cup in an almost similar fashion. The only difference was that it was a different bowler this time and there was some bat on it. Last time, Rahul was outdone by Shaheen Afridi’s inswinger, and this time he played a nothing shot to drag the ball onto his stumps.
As Rahul got dismissed for a golden duck, Twitter users were quick to react to it. They trolled the batter for not staying long enough at the crease. “KL Rahul is the biggest fraud in cricket,” wrote one user.
