South Africa's captain in limited-overs Temba Bavuma took a stunning catch in the ongoing third ODI between the Proteas and Pakistan at SuperSport Park, Centurion. After opting to bowl first, Bavuma and company were struggling at one stage as the Green Brigade were flying at 206/1 in 35.2 overs. However, the follow up saw Pakistan losing another 5 wickets for just 51 runs. To add cherry on the cake, Bavuma took a sensational diving catch to dismiss Pakistan's Mohammad Nawaz at cover.

It happened in the 46th over of the Pakistan innings, when Nawaz tried to pounced on a short ball to hit it around the cover region. Though he slapped the ball with sheer power, he couldn't place it in the gap. Bavuma, who was stationed at cover, dived to his right to pull off an stunning catch.

Aided by some amazing hitting from the duo of Babar Azam and Hasan Ali towards the end, Pakistan piled up over 300 runs in their stipulated quota of 50 overs. Earlier, it was opener Fakhar Zaman's second consecutive hundred (101) that laid the platform for Pakistan in their ongoing ODI decider against South Africa.

Captain Babar scored 94 off 82 while Ali smashed unbeaten 32 off 11, comprising of 4 sixes. Meanwhile, Keshav Maharaj (3/45) and Aiden Markram (2/48) were the pick of the bowlers for South Africa.
