Deepak Chahar:

deepak chahar sportstiger Deepak Chahar is someone who can swing the ball beautifully and can produce those edges in the powerplay overs. The CSK pacer came to the IPL after a long injury gap and looked rusty in the initial matches, but things got worse for him as he injured his hamstring again in the game against Mumbai Indians. After missing  a handful of games, Chahar came back strongly in his next match which was against the same opponents, and finished with figures of 2/18, as MI were restricted to a below-par total of 139.

In his 10 matches last season, he picked up 13 wickets at an economy of 8.73. The 30-year-old has previous experience playing in the blues and also holds the record for having the best T20I bowling figures by an Indian. Looking at the inexperienced fast bowling attack of Avesh Khan, Umran Malik, Mukesh Kumar, and Arshdeep Singh, Chahar could have been a great addition to the team in the Caribbean conditions.
