The Ballon d'Or 2021 night in Paris proved to be a magical one for Lionel Messi as he lifted a record-extending 7th award. It was undoubtedly a special evening for the Argentine and fans got icing on the cake when they saw Tom Holland, the on-screen Spiderman of Marvel Studios, attending the ceremony. He was notably present there to promote Spider-Man: No Way Home which is set to release on December 16 (in India).

From entering the PSG home ground to his time at the Ballon d'Or ceremony to him showing his football skills, Holland certainly had a lot of fun in the capital of France as he captioned the post as, "Ain’t nothing like a weekend in Paris."

Meanwhile, fans will be eagerly waiting to see both Holland and Messi back in action weaving their magic in their respective fields. While the on-screen Spiderman is set to hit the cinemas on December 16, Messi gets ready for a busy few days which sees PSG facing Nice, Lens, Club Brugge and Monaco in the fortnight.
