Former West Indies opener Devon Smith took 49 deliveries to record his half-century in the 2007 T20 World Cup fixture against Bangladesh in Jo’burg. The opener came up with a knock of 51 runs in 52 deliveries. His knock helped the side finish at 164 runs for the loss of eight wickets. However, it didn’t prove to be enough as Bangladesh ended up winning the game by six wickets.
