Turkish football giants Galatasaray announced that they have become Swifties after Taylor Swift’s Paris leg of the Eras Tour. The American pop singer performed in the City of Love on Sunday, May 12. During the 1989 segment of her concert, Swift donned a golden-red outfit, resembling the Turkish football team’s colours. Notably, Taylor’s Paris La Defense Arena marked her 87th concert on the Eras Tour.
While her outfit resembled the colours of her boyfriend and NFL superstar Travis Kelce’s team, the Turkish giants took to social media and announced that they are now ‘hardcore Swifties'. Notably, apart from the Kansas City Chiefs, the Turkish football team Galatasaray EN also have golden and red coloured kits. After Swift’s performance, the team took to social media and declared that they have also become ‘Swifties’. Notably, the term is used for ardent Taylor Swift fans.
On their social media, the team wrote, “you know we're hard-core Swifties now”.
Travis Kelce accuses Jana Kramer of ‘Clout Chasing’
Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce defended himself after Jana Kramer accused him of ‘always drinking’ and said that he’s a bad influence on Taylor Swift. Kramer also suggested that the NFL player has had anger issues and spoke about his confrontation with the coach during the Super Bowl. As per the reports by TMZ, Kelce was baffled by the claim and accused the singer of clout chasing.
Another source told Page Six that Travis doesn’t have a drinking problem, and “He was taken aback as he’s never met her and is just living his life. If he was passed out somewhere, I would totally understand, but that’s not the case whatsoever.”
