It was a rollercoaster ride for Delhi Capitals against Lucknow Super Giants in Match 45 of IPL 2022. The Rishabh Pant-led side had their moments in the game but could not capitalize and handed a victory to LSG. Meanwhile, Lucknow saved the day despite having a sloppy day in the field.

Mohsin Khan was the star for LSG with his four-wicket haul. The left-arm pacer took all the important wickets in the game and helped Lucknow secure their seventh win this season. Khan first got Warner with a hard-length delivery. He then returned to clean up Rishabh Pant who was looking to walk away with the game.

Khan also got Rovman Powell who was threatening LSG with his lusty blows in the middle. The leftie then got rid of Shardul Thakur to save his team from any sort of late assault. He got good support from Ravi Bishnoi who took one wicket at the expense of 28 runs in his four overs.

For DC, there were some handy knocks played but no one could stay long enough to seal the deal for them. Mitchell Marsh, Rishabh Pant, Rovman Powell, and Axar Patel showed great promise but could not finish it off. With the game giving so many turning moments, Twitter users shared their emotions as well.
