Upthrust Esports The Patriot Cup BGMI: Teams, Schedule, Prize Pool and More

Upthrust Esports has unveiled another Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) tournament after the conclusion of the Final Showdown BGMI event. The new tournament, which has been named ‘The Patriot Cup’ will feature 24 teams, boosting a prize pool of INR 8 Lakh.

While the Open Qualifiers for the Cup saw a total of 512 teams participating, out of which only five made it for the semifinals. The ongoing semifinals has 24 teams divided into three groups of eight each. The semifinals will be played from 23^rd January until January 26, the Grand Finals will be held from 28 to 31 January.

Speaking of the schedule for the Upthrust Esports The Patriot Cup BGMI, the event will see five matches being played across two BGMI maps, Erangel and Miramar. Here is the schedule of The Patriot Cup:

Match 3: Erangel (B vs C)

Match 4: Miramar (A vs C)

Match 5: Erangel (A vs C)

Talking about the prize pool distribution, while the winner will take home INR 2.5 Lakh, the sum will be further divided for individual performances like the Most Valuable Player (MVP), dominating player and most chicken dinners, to name a few. Here’s how the prize money will be divided:
