The ‘God of Cricket’, Sachin Tendulkar will turn 50 on April 24, and Mumbai Indians are set to make the occasion extra special as they take on Punjab Kings on April 22, Saturday at the iconic Wankhede Stadium. The fans who will be there at the stadium or those watching it on their TV screens will get to witness a row of surprises marking the golden jubilee of Mumbai Indians’ most iconic legend, Sachin Tendulkar.

The Mumbai Indians’ fans who will be present in the stadium will witness a row of surprises to celebrate the most loved cricketer across the world with a series of exciting activities and contests. Not only this, they will get to enjoy the special day with not just the legend but also all the fans who have been with him during his entire journey.

Sachin, the man behind jersey number 10 will also complete his 10 years to the day he played his last match for India. Along with it, one of the many reasons Wankhede remains special is because it is the same place, he bid  adieu to the world of cricket.

In a one-of-its-kind sight, nearly 30,000 fans present at the Wankhede for the MI vs PBKS clash will don Sachin’s masks, showing their love for the India icon on their face, quite literally. Further in the match, fans will be  chanting 'SACHIIIIN' 'SACHIIIIN' in the 10th over as a tribute to the master blaster.  Notably, Sachin Tendulkar led Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League from 2008 to 2011.
