South Korea's Ha Na Baek and Yu Lim Lee defeated Qingchen Chen and Yifan Jia of China 12-21, 21-18, 21-19 to reach the Japan Open 2022 final in women's doubles on Saturday. During the third set of the game, the pairs registered a massive 132-shot rally in Osaka.
South Korean badminton players Ha Na Baek and Yu Lim Lee made a comeback after trailing by one set to win their women's doubles Japan Open 2022 semi-final game against Chinese players Qingchen Chen and Yifan Jia.
The Chinese pair won the first set to take a 1-0 lead in the BWF Super 750 event, however, the South Korean team bounced back to win two consecutive sets and eventually became the first finalists of the Japan Open 2022.
During the third set, both women's doubles teams registered an incredible 132-shot rally when the set score was led by Ha Na Baek and Yu Lim Lee 13-14. Both sides displayed tremendous challenge to win the point but the South Koreans were the eventual winners after the Chinese player failed to return Yu Lim Lee's smash.

The South Korean pair of Ha Na Baek and Yu Lim Lee will face their compatriots Na Eun Jeong and Hye Jeong Kim, who won their semi-final match against So-yeong Kim and Hee Yong Kong of South Korea, in the women's doubles Japan Open 2022 final on Sunday.
