Pakistan teammates Babar Azam and Hasan Ali shared a hilarious moment on the field during the Pakistan Super League match between Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United. During the halfway mark of the Peshawar Zalmi inning, it was Babar Azam and James Neesham in the middle.

With the Zalmi skipper nearing his half century, a hilarious incident took place in the middle. The two cricketers Hasan Ali and Babar Azam were involved in an on-field banter as Azam tried to hit Ali raising his bat while completing a run. While Hasan Ali ducked as Babar approached the crease, leaving everyone including the commentators in splits.

Talking about the match, Babar Azam-led Peshawar Zalmi posted 156/8 in their 20 overs after being invited to bat first. Wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Haris and Babar Azam were among the run-scorers in the match for the Zalmi with their unbeaten 75 and 21-ball 40 respectively. But their efforts went in vain and the bowlers failed to restrict the Islamabad United. Eventually the United won the match by six wickets.
After 12 matches, United is placed second in the points table with two wins and one loss from three matches, meanwhile Peshawar Zalmi are fourth with two wins and as many losses from four matches so far.
