
The renowned wrestler and actor Big Show recently engaged in arm wrestling with talk show presenters Dean Saunders and Jamie O'Hara. In the end, the former WWE star handily defeated his opponents in a hilarious display of power and fun.
Big Show, whose real name is Paul Wight, is presently a performer and commentator for All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Having won numerous world championships and tag team titles throughout his career, he is renowned for his enormous bulk and remarkable feats of force. The Waterboy, Jingle All the Way, and The Big Show Show are just a few of the films and TV shows in which he has starred.

Former professional football players O'Hara and Saunders are now presenters and pundits on a British sports radio station. They frequently dispute and debate many subjects of football and other sports. When Big Show came to their studio, they challenged him to an arm wrestling contest, but they quickly realised they had taken on too much.
Big Show is seated at a table with O'Hara and Saunders on either side of him in the arm-wrestling footage that was released on talkSPORT's Twitter account. He then uses one arm on each of them, taking them on simultaneously. Big Show interacted with O'Hara and Saunders while mocking their attempts to move his arms despite their best efforts. At one point, he even permits them to use both hands. Finally, he effortlessly pinned both arms, claiming victory.
The Big Show reveals his massive diet from WWE days
The Wrestle also revealed his diet during his glory days, which consisted of up to 18,000 calories per day. He also admitted that McDonald's played a significant role in his daily diet, with him consuming up to five hamburgers at once.
“My calorie intake back in the day, but I understand it was a lot of empty bad calories and I just used to eat whatever I wanted in massive amounts. I’d probably be somewhere between 13,000 and 18,000 calories per day.”

Talking about his eating habits, he said “You’d get Big Macs and I’d get three or four Big Macs and then I’d get fries and then I’d get a shake and I’d get apple pies and probably a fifth sandwich too. It was nothing. I’d go to Taco Bell and get like 20 tacos.”
