In a video trending on social media, a match between junior teams is going viral as during the contest, the bowling team can be seen in a joyful mood after dismissing their opponent. With the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 delivering extraordinary action to cricket supporters, a video has gone viral which has grabbed a lot of eyeballs. In the trending clip, Bilaspur, the bowling side, can be seen celebrating the wicket of Sameer Singh Chauhan, who gets run out while stealing a run. A left-handed batter named Vaibhav Sharma plays a shot towards the cover against spinner Surender Singh Thakur. After completing the first run, Sameer looked eager to bring Vaibhav to the strike.
However, things went wrong for the batting side as Vaibhav denied the second run but Sameer couldn’t hear the call and saw himself towards the non-striker’s end. Taking advantage of the circumstance, the bowling side ran Chauhan out and looked in a cheerful mood. The wicket-keeper, who dislodged the bails to perform the dismissal, started doing bhangra before sending his opponent back to the dugout. Following the stumper, his teammates also joined in and started doing the famous folk dance from the state of Punjab.
Cricket fans to witness two IPL games on April 27
On April 27, IPL 2025 will deliver a double header to cricket buffs with the contest between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the Wankhede Stadium and Delhi Capitals (DC) hosting Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.
DC are in the second spot on the points table with six wins and two losses while RCB have bagged six wins and three defeats in their nine outings. MI have made an excellent comeback in the tournament, winning their last four matches in a row. LSG, on the other hand, are currnetly taking on Mumbai at Wankhede Stadium after losing to DC at the Ekana Cricket Stadium on April 22.
