A cameraman at the IPL 2023 fixture between Rajasthan Royals got hit by a six smashed by Royals' star Trent Boult. After a decent few starting overs, the 2008 champions were in deep trouble as Gujarat bowlers ran riot at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium.
With the likes of Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmed combining to pick five wickets, the Titans were on top through the majority of the game. This fall of wickets, eventually brought out Trent Boult, who managed to score a few boundaries. Then in the 16th over, in an attempt to increase the scoring rate, the Kiwi pacer slogged Ahmed for a maximum over mid-wicket.
As the ball fell over the boundary line, it went on to hit the cameraman positioned at this spot. Immediately after getting hit, the camera person was down on the ground in severe pain. Here Gujarat Titans head coach Ashish Nehra intervened to help up the hurt cameraman.
