Chris Gayle is one of the most loved cricketers around the globe and there are two reasons for that. The first is his aggressive batting and the second is his way of living a life. Gayle is not just an entertainer on the field but is equally enthusiastic off of it as well. Apart from his lusty blows, Gayle is also famous for his dance moves, a glimpse of which he showed during the Jamaican carnival.

The 42-year-old former West Indies cricketer shared a video of himself enjoying the Jamaican carnival in the famous “Universe Boss” style. The former West Indian was seen taking part in a raunchy dance with a female friend on the streets of Jamaica. The clip shows Chris Gayle performing the art of “daggering” – a type of dance that is well known in the Caribbean.

“I need a holiday, don’t know about y’all! ? #Jamaica ?? #Carnival2022?? ?? #LifeisGood #UniverseBoss,” Chris Gayle posted the video with this caption.

Gayle to be seen in action in The 6ixty

As the swashbuckling West Indies batter bid adieu to international cricket last year, he is only seen in domestic cricket leagues. The last time Chris Gayle took part in an international fixture was way back in November when West Indies played Australia at the 2021 T20 World Cup. During the match, the ‘universe boss’ Chris Gayle signaled his international retirement, waving goodbye to his adoring fans and teammates after a brief, though exciting, cameo against Australia.

After getting out and on his way back to the pavilion, Chris Gayle smiled widely, having taken off his helmet and raising his massive bat and giant arms. He also had a great day with the ball as he had dismissed in-form Mitchell Marsh. The Universe Boss has celebrated the wicket in grand style as he hugged a smiling Marsh on his way off the pitch.

Now, the entertainer will be seen in action in the newly-launched tournament ‘The Sixty’. Chris Gayle said he will miss CPL as he will prepare for the 60-ball tournament.
