On June 2, Sunday, Hampshire Hawks’ bowler Chris Wood displayed a brilliant stance of sportsmanship during the ongoing Vitality T20 Blast match against Kent at The Rose Bowl in Southampton. The England pacer, who is plying his trade with the Hampshire side in the current T20 Blast season refused to run-out Matt Parkinson, video of which is going vial on the internet.

Hampshire Hawks’ bowlers in Chris Wood, James Fuller, Howell and Liam Dawson, all finished with two wickets each while John Turner got a wicket to his name. 

The Hawks in return chased the total in 19.5 overs with Joe Weatherley finishing as the top-scorer with his 32-ball 49. Along with him, Ben McDermott, James Vince and James Fuller also played some crucial knocks in the side’s three-wicket win.
