The Match 32 of the Indian Premier League started off favoring the yellow army with Mukesh Choudhary sending both Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan back to the pavilion in first over of the game. By the end of powerplay, Mumbai Indians saw themselves three down for 42 runs.
A couple of overs later, Mumbai Indians lost in-form Suryakumar Yadav to Mitchell Santner. In no time, Mumbai Indians were dependent on 2 youngsters who are playing their first IPL season. Starting off in great fashion, Hrithik Shokeen and Tilak Verma smashed CSK bowlers all around the ground. The duo stitched a partnership of 38 runs before Hrithik lost his wicket to veteran Dwayne Bravo.
On Bravo’s third delivery off first over, he bowled a short of a length delivery and youngster tried to play it over the mid-off fielder. However, Hrithik failed to clear the 30-yard-circle and found Robin Uthappa. Hrithik scored 25 off 25 deliveries involving 3 boundaries on his IPL debut.
In the game, Rohit Sharma ended up registering most ducks in IPL history while Ishan Kishan, Baby ABD had a game to forget.
