Celebrating his heroics against the Rajasthan Royals, Sunrisers Hyderabad star Glen Phillips was seen dancing to the famous ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’ song from Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan film. Chasing 215 runs, Glen Phillips walked out to bat when Hyderabad was barrelling down another tough chase.

After the match the 2016 champions have a week off and hence scheduled a team event celebrating their performances so far. In a video posted by Indian batter Mayank Agarwal, the Kiwi star is seen showing off his dance moves on the chart-bursting hit. The clip by the Karnataka batter was captioned, “What a legend!! @glenphillips236.”

SRH had 44 runs in the last three overs when the big New Zealander came on against Yuzvendra Chahal and only managed to score three runs in his first two balls. Then in the 19th over, the real show started as Glenn Phillips smashed three consecutive sixes and one four to change the game completely as he put on a knock of 25(7). Later, Abdul Samad finished off the game with a last-ball six to help register a four-wicket win.

Reacting to this performance, Glenn Phillips said, “It was a situation where it was going to go one of two ways. Happy to get out on top of this one. We are all here to do our job, this is what the team needed today. Fantastic for it to pay off, and I had so much fun today out there. (On his dismissal) That was the ball I should have hit the most, I was disappointed the actual slot ball didn't go over the fence. I felt I left a lot out there with 17 needed off the final over, but then Samad did what he did and obviously, we got that little bit of luck with the no-ball."
