After Andre Russell’s unbeaten 25-ball 64 that helped Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) post 209-run target on the board, it was Harshit Rana who hogged the limelight after he dismissed Mayank Agarwal early in the innings. Rana, who came to bowl his third over and sixth of the inning, gave a frightful send off to Mayanka Agarwal.
Rana, who bowled a 128.1kph bouncer on the third ball of the sixth over, the Indian batter opted to go for a pull shot, which went straight towards the man at deep backward square leg. After he got into the safe hands of Rinku Singh, Harshit Rana gave a stare before giving a flying kiss. Things did not end here as Mayank Agarwal in return dropped a death stare, video of which is now doing rounds on social media.
It is to be further noted that Mayank stood tall and smashed Harsit Rana’s 140.6kph delivery for a maximum in the bowler’s previous over.

Speaking of the match, the Pat Cummins-led side won the toss invited the hosts in Kolkata Knight Riders to bat first. On the back of an unbeaten 64-run knock and a gritty knock of 54 by Philip Salt at the top of the order, helped the side post 208 runs at the loss of seven wickets.
For the Sunrisers Hyderabad, it was T Natarajan who starred with the ball, picking three crucial wickets with Mayank Markande and Pat Cummins picking two and a wicket respectively.
