Popular American YouTuber IShowSpeed recently won the 'Streamer of the Year' awards at The Streamer Awards 2024. The awards ceremony was hosted by Blaire ‘QTCindrella aired on December 7. After winning the award, Speed gave a small speech thanking everyone involved in his streaming journey. He ended his speech with a loud ‘SIUUU’ replicating his favourite footballer Cristiano Ronaldo.
After finishing the speech, IShowSpeed also entertained the audience with his famous backflip on stage. "It's a crazy one! But look, I want to thank a lot of people. I want to thank my management team. I want to thank my team, my cameraman, my mom, my dad, the countries that allowed me to stream in them. I want to thank everybody. You know? This award means a lot to me. I really fell in love with this game of streaming. Streaming really allowed me to express myself in so many ways and just how who I am. You feel what I'm saying?" Speed said in his award winning speech.

In the coveted award ceremony, Kai Cenat also won the award for the Best Chatting Streamer of the Year. The popular twitch streamer couldn’t attend the event in person but still addressed his fans in a pre-recorded video. However, this wasn’t the only award Kenat won at the Streamer Awards 2024 as his Mafiathon 2 subathon also won the Best Marathon Stream of the Year.
"Best Just Chatting Streamer of the year! Okay! Best Just Chatting, so when it comes to talking about bull s**t, you all made me win? I'm not going to lie, I, honestly, be having fun. Shout-out to whoever voted for me in Just Chatting. I'm not going to lie, if you won, thank you so much. I appreciate you all. Yes, sir!" Kai Cenat said as quoted in Sportskeeda.
