The 'Inside the NBA' crew never fails to spread laughter among the fans and this festive season, Shaquille O'Neal and Kenny Smith produced another hilarious segment. During the halftime of Los Angeles Lakers vs Cleveland Cavaliers, Smith bodied Shaq into a giant Christmas tree on the set of the NBA on TNT.

On Tuesday night, the Cavs defeated the Lakers by 14 points as Donovan Mitchell erupted 43 points to help Cleveland manage 11 wins in 12 home games so far this season. Also, Lakers center Anthony Davis exited the game after playing eight minutes as he experienced flu-like symptoms.

During Tuesday night's broadcast, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O'Neal appeared to race against each other when the former shoved the four-time NBA champion into a big Christmas tree. The 50-year-old remained in the tree with just his feet being visible in the video before co-hosts Charles Barkley and Ernie Johnson offered him help.

After getting back on his feet, Shaq cleaned his face and took out pine needles from his suit. Meanwhile, the Cavs snapped the Lakers' three-game winning streak by beating them 116-102 on Tuesday night at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.

The Lakers will next face Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night in their back-to-back road games in the NBA 2022-23 regular season. On the other hand, the Cavaliers will host Sacramento Kings in their next fixture on Friday night.
