Paris Saint-Germain clinched their record 11th French league title as Argentine wizard Lionel Messi scored in a 1-1 draw against Strasbourg on Saturday. However, the 35-year-old World Cup winner skipped PSG's award ceremony on the weekend and rather than celebrating the title victory with his teammates, Messi was spotted at a Coldplay concert in Barcelona.

Lionel Messi scored the only goal in the away draw against Strasbourg to reach 496 league goals and surpassed Cristiano Ronaldo (495) to become the top scorer across the top five European leagues. The record seven-time Ballon d'Or winner is at the end of his contract with PSG and football clubs across the globe including Barcelona, Inter Miami, and Saudi side Al-Hilala have shown their interest to sign the magician.

Amid return rumours to his boyhood club Barcelona, the Argentina captain was spotted recently in the city attending a Coldplay concert. While Messi avoided the UNFP ceremony with his PSG teammates on the weekend, he was spotted with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo attending a Coldplay concert in Barcelona. While the Argentine tried to stay unidentified, fans spotted him and began chanting his name in a viral video on social media.

After playing a dismal season according to his standards, Leo Messi came back in his second Ligue 1 season and made 32 goal contributions in 31 matches. Messi hasn't extended his contract with the French champions and will become a free agent this summer in the transfer window. Barcelona are rumoured to be the favourites to land a deal for Messi while Cristiano Ronaldo's Saudi Pro League rivals Al-Hilal have also made a lucrative offer for the Argentine. Similarly, Major League Soccer club Inter Miami, owned by David Beckham, have also shown their interest to sign Messi.
