Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson told a fan that his teammate and England midfielder Jude Bellingham will not join Spanish giants Real Madrid in the transfer window. Bellingham has emerged as one of the best young players in the FIFA World Cup 2022. The Borrusia Dortmund star also created history as he became only the second teenager after Lionel Messi to assist in the World Cup.

Hence, countless transfer rumours surrounding Bellingham have been making the rounds over the last few weeks. So, after England’s 3-0 win over Senegal, the trio of Henderson, Bellingham and Trent Arnold-Alexander were interacting with a fan, who asked the 19-year-old to join the Los Blancos.

The fan told Bellingham that he is the best midfielder in the world and asked him to join the La Liga champions. Immediately, Jordan Henderson interrupted and told the fan he is not joining the Spanish team. Henderson said, “No No No.” Then fans made fun of Henderson by reminding him about Liverpool’s loss against Real Madrid in this year’s Champions League final.

After the Round of 16 games, Jude Bellingham made a comment praising Henderson for his performance as he scored one of the three goals against Senegal.

While speaking to the Mirror, the former Birmingham City player called out those who have criticised the Liverpool star and called him ‘underrated’. He said, "I’ve seen some of the rubbish said about him, it’s ridiculous - he’s so underrated technically, It’s about time he gets a bit of praise.”
