Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks have surprised the world as they registered a 123-90 blow-out win over the number-one seeded Phoenix Suns at Footprint Center. Doncic entered god mode as he scored 27 points in each half and ended the game with 35 points, 10 rebounds and four assists.

But the top highlight from this game for Luka was towards the end of the second quarter when he crossed Cam Thomson and then drained a three-pointer. In the process, Thompson lost his footing and fell on the court. Doncic hit over 50% from the deep as he hit 6 out of 11 three-pointers.

After the match, Doncic was elated with the win and said, “Honestly, I think we deserve this. We've been playing hard the whole series. Maybe a couple of games here we weren't ourselves, but we came here with a statement in Game 7. We believed. Our locker room believed. Everybody believed. So I'm just happy.”

Mavericks coach Jason Kidd also praised the team for their dominance against the best team this season. “A lot of people said it would be a blowout. They were right. You could see some of the pressure was on them early,” Kidd said. “They missed some shots they normally make.”

Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul was disappointed with his performance and took the blame for the loss. He said, “I think we just came out and just didn't have enough. I think Mont said that's on him, but I think that's on me, as the point guard, the leader of the team. To come out and make sure you're getting the right shots and all that.”
