The Dallas Mavericks are 0-2 down against the Phoenix Suns in the second round of the playoffs. Suns registered a 129-109 victory in the second game where Chris Paul had another ‘Point God’ night as he scored 28 points with six rebounds and eight assists alongside Devin Booker’s 30.

For the Mavericks, Luka Doncic had another stellar performance as he scored 35 points with five rebounds and seven assists. But unfortunately for Doncic, his teammates couldn’t contribute at a similar level to their performances in the first round.

As the 22-year-old returned to the dressing room, he was seen in a verbal exchange with a Suns fan. Walking back frustratingly, the fan said something to Doncic who stopped and tried confronting the fan. The Mavericks staff pulled him back and stopped him from any further interaction.

Luka Doncic looked unstoppable in this game as he had put up 24 points, four rebounds, and six assists while shooting 9-14 from the field and 4-7 from the deep. In playoffs, Doncic averages 19 points with five rebounds and five assists in the first half of playoff games. He also is the all-time leader in points per game in the Playoffs as he averages 33.5 PPG in the postseason.

But the Doncic-led Mavericks have often struggled against Chris Paul as they have a record of 1-9. Paul scored 14 out of his 28 points in the fourth quarter alone while shooting 63.8% from the field. Now the series moves to Dallas on 6 May.
