German footballing star Lukas Podolski has produced another magical goal for the Polish team Gornik Zabrze against  Pogon Szczecin at the Stadion Florian Krygier in Szczecin. The former Arsenal frontman launched the ball from behind the half line which curled, over the goalkeeper, into the goal.

With the game more or less sealed for the visiting Gornik Zabrze, Podolski received the ball after his team-mate’s crunching tackle; the ball rolled around in No Man’s Land. Here the Little Prinz pounced on this opportunity and sent out the ball as he spotted the  Pogon Szczecin keeper to be off his line. With this magical goal, Podolski took the score to 4-1 as Gornik Zabrze won their second consecutive game.

Podolski is known to be one of the most talented players hailing Germany as kicked off his career for the German club FC Köln in the Bundesliga in 2003. unfortunately, Koln was relegated in that season but immediately next year won promotion on the back of Podolski’s 24 goals.

Then in the 2006 season, he made a major transfer move to Bayern Munich where he went on to make 106 appearances. Podolski won three trophies in Bavaria before returning to Koln. He then got another major move which brought him into the Premier League for Arsenal.

In North London, the German played 82 times for the Gunners and scored 31 goals and had 17 assists. Since leaving Arsenal in 2015, the German World Cup winner has suited up for Inter Milan, Vissel Kobe, Galatasaray and Antalyaspor before landing at his current side Gornik Zabrze.
