The Premier League 2023-24 season is less than a month away and the top football stars have already begun training. Among those stars are England teammates Marcus Rashford and Phil Foden, who play for city rivals Manchester United and Manchester City respectively. However, the two stars recently combined to produce a brilliant goal during their training, and a video has gone viral.
The champions, Manchester City will travel to Turf Moor to face Burnley in the opening game of the Premier League 2023-24 on August 11. While the first Manchester derby of the upcoming season is scheduled to take place on October 28 at Old Trafford.
Ahead of the 32nd season of the top-tier English league, Marcus Rashford and Phil Foden practised together and produced spectacular moments on the field. In a viral video posted by Rashford on Saturday, Foden made a perfect pass to the United star, who made no mistake and struck a powerful volley at the back of the net.

Foden earlier posted some pictures and a video on his Instagram handle, where he appeared to train with Rashford. The 23-year-old captioned, "Working hard ⚽️ @marcusrashford It’s all love until the season starts😎🤝"
Before completing their historic treble with a UCL 2022-23 final victory against Inter Milan, Manchester City defeated the Red Devils in the recent FA Cup final and both Rashford and Foden played for their teams. Following their FA Cup 2022-23 final clash which was won by Man City, Foden and Rashford joined forces in England's national team to face North Macedonia and Malta.
