Australia and South Africa are locking horns in the third and final test match of the three-match series. The first day of the ongoing Test match, which is being played at the Sydney Cricket Ground did not have the best of the starts. Pat Cummins after winning the toss, opted to bat. But the last match winner David Warner was dismissed early in the inning with a score of 10.
After Warner’s quick wicket, a lot was on the shoulders of opener Usman Khwaja and Marnus Labuschagne. While the Aussie opener went on to score his 20th Test fifty, Marnus too scored 79 off 151 before falling prey of Anrich Nortje.
But what grabbed limelight during the Day 1’s play was Marnus asking for a cigarette lighter. The Australian batter left everyone in splits when he asked for a lighter to repair the rim of his helmet.

The duo added 126 runs for the second wicket when bad light eventually stopped play of the day. With no improvement in lights and with rain threat looming over, the umpires called in Stumps on Day 1 of the third Test.
