The ongoing 2nd Test of Ashes has so far produced some brilliant moments in Adelaide. Fans usually love the pink-ball games and the contest has certainly lived up to the expectations. Apart from some exceptional cricket on the field, there have been some fun incidents as well which everyone seems to have really enjoyed in this match so far.

From Buttler dropping a sitter to Labuschagne getting out on a no-ball, the Australian innings was full of action and drama. However, towards the end of England innings on Day 3, the Indian fans got a surprising nostalgia.

Live match or Cricket movie?

In the 84th over of the innings, with England 9 wickets down, Jhye Richardson bowled a lethal bouncer to Stuart Broad. The left-handed batsman tried to play a pull shot and top-edged the ball way up in the air. The ball was going towards the fine-leg region where Mitchell Starc was positioned to take a regulation catch.

However, Starc was not fully aware of where the boundary rope was. He took the catch quite comfortably but unfortunately fell over the boundary as the umpire signalled a six. It looked like a repeat of the climax scene of the famous Bollywood movie 'Lagaan' where a similar sequence of events took place.

But unlike the movie, Mitchell Starc managed to rectify his error as he dismissed Stuart Broad in the very next over with a short-pitch delivery. The left-arm pacer ended the innings with impressive bowling figures of 16.1-6-37-4 as Australia bowled out England on 236 in the first innings, getting a huge lead of 237 runs.
