Kishan plays an amazing switch hit during practice

It would not be wrong to say that Ishan Kishan is turning into a more dangerous batsman with each passing day. Confidence is just another important aspect of the player. With similar self-belief, the player stepped into the nets and played a few gorgeous shots during the practice session of Mumbai Indians on Friday.

Mumbai occupy 4th spot in IPL 2021 points table

The Rohit Sharma-led side has had an average campaign in the first phase of IPL 2021 wherein the team managed to stay at the fourth spot when the tournament got postponed. It should be noted that the resumption of the 14th edition of the tournament will happen with the game between Mumbai Indians and their bitter rivals Chennai Super Kings who are at the second spot in the points table.

Talking about other teams, Delhi Capitals, under new captain Rishabh Pant, are at the top spot after winning 6 out of the 8 games. They have two points more than that of CSK. It would be interesting to see if the return of Shreyas Iyer would force any changes in the captaincy role. Meanwhile, the third place in the table is occupied by Virat Kohli's RCB.
