After missing the entire 2021-22 NBA season due to a foot injury, New Orleans Pelicans power forward Zion Williamson returned to the court on Wednesday in a preseason game against Chicago Bulls. Zion made an impressive comeback on his return and helped his team beat Bulls 129-125.

The 22-year-old Zion Williamson displayed a dynamic performance making 13 points, four rebounds and one assist and steal each in his 15 minutes of appearance in his NBA Preseason debut at the United Center in Chicago.

Zion is widely considered as the most fascinating NBA player since LeBron James was drafted in 2003 and on his return he lived up to the expectations, making New Orleans Pelicans a major contender to qualify for the playoffs this season.

Watch Zion Williamson's unrealistic game on his return:

Apart from Zion, Devonte' Graham (21 points, 5 assists),  Willy Hernangomez (15 points, 5 rebounds, 3 blocks), Dyson Daniels (15 points, 3 steals, 2 blocks) and Jaxson Hayes (14 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists) displayed tremendous performance to help New Orleans Pelicans beat Chicago Bulls.

On the other hand, DeMar DeRozan (21 points, 3 assists, 2 steals), Nikola Vucevic (15 points, 11 rebounds, 4 blocks, 3 steals, 3 assists) and Javonte Green's (18 points) combined efforts felt short as Chicago Bulls faced a defeat at home.
