The ongoing Indian Premier League has been a huge source of entertainment for all the cricket fans. Power-packed performances, thrilling contests, and unexpected results have made the league more exciting. Former champion Sunrisers Hyderabad are all set to take on unbeaten Gujarat Titans in the 21st match of the tournament on Monday (April 11) at DY Patil Sports Academy in Mumbai.
Ahead of the highly anticipated contest, the Hyderabad franchise shared a video clip of their quality all-rounder Nicholas Pooran on Instagram. The wicket-keeper batter was seen singing popular Hindi song, "Tu Jaane Na" from the super hit movie 'Azab Prem ki Gazab Kahani' starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif.
In the video, Pooran was sitting next to all-rounder Shreyas Gopal as the whole team was heading towards the stadium ahead of their match against Gujarat Titans.
The Instagram clip had a caption, 'West Indian idol #OrangeArmy #ReadyToRise'.

Speaking of Nicholas Pooran, the all-rounder was one of the most expensive picks in the IPL auctions but has failed to perform with the bat. He has not been able to make a valuable contribution with bat for the franchise, due to which Hyderabad has struggled in the tournament as well.
Pooran's score in three matches is 0, 34 and 5*, which does no justice to the expectations management has from the wicket-keeper batter. The franchise has been able to register only a single win in the tournament, which came against defending champions Chennai Super Kings.
Earlier, Sunrisers Hyderabad lost the first two games played against Rajasthan Royals and Lucknow Super Giants. Due to their poor performance in the first few matches, Hyderabad is currently placed at 7th position in the points table. The next game against Gujarat Titans will be an uphill task for the Hyderabad as Titans haven't lost a single game and are riding high on confidence.
