The historic 1st Test between Pakistan and Australia in Rawalpindi has not been the best of the matches on field, with both teams scoring runs easily on a flat wicket. However, some of the other ongoing events happening alongside have made it one to cherish for the fans. From David Warner's Thumke and Pushpa steps on ground to his epic antics against bowlers, the crowd at Pindi Cricket Stadium has had a blast.

Interestingly, one of the most amazing moments came when Pakistan declared their first innings on Saturday. With the score reading 476/4 in 162 overs, the cameras pointed towards captain Babar Azam, standing alongside Shaheen Afridi, in the dressing room. One could feel that the declaration announcement could come up anytime, however no one would have predicted how it would unfold.

Much to everyone's delight, Babar Azam produced one of the most stylish declaration announcements ever seen in history of Test cricket. After waiting for a while for umpires and players to look towards him, the 27-year-old blew whistle with both hands before making a gesture to batsmen to come back.

It was indeed some 'swag' by Pakistan captain as the crowd in Rawalpindi erupted in what was one of the most dramatic scenes ever witnessed inside a stadium when a captain announced declaration.

Reflecting on the match, Australia did show grit while batting and at the time of writing, their score read 271/2 on Day 3, with Marnus Labuschagne (69*) and Steve Smith (24*) in the middle.
